Facility/Venue Booking
Plan and Organize Event Program
Schedule (or host) all meetings with all participating parties
(entertainers, facility/venue owners or managers, attorney's, etc.
Organize and date reports, programs, and event schedule
Schedule Security
Serve as executive producer of event
Add'l Promotion Package
Event accessories: T-shirts, cups, souvenirs
Process contracts
The entire promotion package, and paperwork is released, completed to client no later than seven business days prior to the event
Marketing and Promotions
Compose brochures
Arrange public bulletins (Interstate Bilboards, Mass transit ad posts)
Design flyers and posters
Design tickets and/or admission passes
Register tickets
Events (Attendees < 1000)
Office Parties, Celebrations, and Events (product launches included)
